Carolyn Brown has been a dedicated owner and operator of A.R.T.S. Trophy House for the past 20 years, growing and expanding it from the original shop that began in the basement of “Art’s” house in the early 1970s. Carolyn purchased the business from two sisters in 1997, and its legacy as one of the few female-owned-and-operated trophy businesses continued. Over the last two decades it has remained a perfect fit for her independent and creative nature.

Shauna Parker started in the trophy and awards industry as a young woman of 17, working for different companies over the years.  She joined A.R.T.S. as co-owner in 2016 and brings over 30 years of engraving and trophy experience and expertise.

THE OWNERS

What we enjoy and appreciate most about our work at A.R.T.S.

“…the wonderful people we get to meet and the many lasting relationships we have made over the years…hearing the stories… watching small kids grow to Olympians…”

“…using and sharing our creativity each day…and watching our customers smile when we create something special and it turns out awesome…coming up with ideas that customers love and with items that make them happy…”

“…maintaining steady, loyal customers for such a long time…”

What this business has taught us over the years…

“…be grateful for each interaction and each order – big or small…and offer a lot of ‘thank you’s’….

“Everyone wins.  Time and time again, we have witnessed the delight when each child receives an award, medal, ribbon or pin as a tangible reminder of the fun they had or as a memory of a great season with friends.  Win or lose, one of life’s greatest lessons is that it’s mostly “about the team” and “how you played the game”. These mementos often end up as cherished souvenirs of childhood and that is part of the reason we love having a hand in creating them.”
